How ticketsfinder.ai makes money, and what that does — and does not — change for you.
Last updated 30 October 2026
The short version
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you buy a ticket after clicking one, we may earn a commission.
You pay exactly the same price either way. The commission comes out of the marketplace’s margin, not your total.
We are not StubHub and we do not sell tickets. Prices, fees, delivery and refunds are entirely theirs.
Commission never decides what the assistant shows you.
1. How we make money
ticketsfinder.ai is free to use. We do not charge for searches and we do not add a booking fee of our own.
Instead, we take part in affiliate programmes. When the assistant hands you an event page and you go on to buy a ticket there, the marketplace may pay us a commission on that sale. That commission is our main source of revenue.
2. Who we have affiliate relationships with
At the time of the date above, we may earn commission through:
StubHub, via its affiliate programme.
Affiliate networks: Partnerize.
Any further partner we add will be listed here before it goes live.
3. What it costs you: nothing
The price you see on the marketplace is the price you pay. Our commission is paid by the marketplace out of its own fee, so clicking our link does not add anything to your total and does not remove any discount you would otherwise get.
We have no access to, and no influence over, ticket prices, service fees, delivery charges or availability. Those are set by StubHub and by the sellers listing on it.
4. Commission does not decide what you see
The assistant matches your request to the event you asked for. Which event page it returns is decided by relevance to your query, your city and your dates, not by what pays us most.
Where more than one marketplace could serve the same event, we will say so on the page and label any link that earns us a commission.
5. How affiliate links are tracked
An affiliate link carries an identifier that tells the marketplace the visit came from us. In practice that means a redirect through stubhub.prf.hn (Partnerize) and a click identifier, plus a cookie set by the marketplace or network for the period their programme defines.
We receive aggregated reporting on referred clicks and completed bookings. We do not receive your name, your payment details or your seat numbers. The Privacy Policy explains this in full.
6. Advertising
We also pay to promote ticketsfinder.ai, including through paid search and social advertising. Those ads point to this site; they do not change what the assistant recommends once you are here.
7. If you would rather not use an affiliate link
That is entirely fine. Note the event, the venue and the date from the chat, then go to stubhub.com directly and search for it there. You will get the same listings at the same price.
8. Compliance
This disclosure is published to meet UK advertising rules on identifying commercial content (the CAP Code and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations), and the equivalent US FTC endorsement guidance for visitors from the United States.
Trademarks, including StubHub, belong to their owners and are used here only to describe where a link goes. We are not endorsed by or affiliated with them unless this page says otherwise.
