About us

Finding tickets should feel like asking a friend.

Most ticket sites make you work: pick a category, pick a city, pick a date range, sort, filter, repeat. We built ticketsfinder.ai because people do not think in filters — they think “is Coldplay playing near me this spring?”

Why we built it

The idea is narrow on purpose. We are not trying to be another marketplace, and we are not trying to replace the seat map and checkout that StubHub already does well. We only want to close the gap between a half-formed thought and the right event page — two questions instead of twelve dropdowns.

Everything else follows from that: the assistant asks for a city and a date because those are the two things it genuinely needs, and then it gets out of the way.

What we do

  • Read a plain-language request for an event
  • Ask for your city and your dates
  • Hand you the matching StubHub event page
  • Tell you plainly how we make money

What we do not do

  • Sell tickets or hold any inventory
  • Set prices or fees — StubHub does
  • Handle orders, refunds or entry issues
  • Take payment details, ever

How we work

Three rules we hold ourselves to.

01

Plain language first

If you can say it to a friend, you can type it here. No required fields, no category trees, no date pickers before you even know the date.

02

Open about the money

We earn commission on tickets bought through our links. We say so on every page rather than burying it in the terms.

03

As little data as possible

The assistant needs an event, a city and a date. We do not ask for an account, and we never see your payment details.

Independent, and paid by commission

We are not owned by, or affiliated with, StubHub or any other marketplace. When you buy a ticket through one of our links we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. The full detail is on the disclosure page.
